		The office is very hospitable and customer oriented. I went by there to check out the location and condition. I am sorry for having to say this however this community makes the term "trailer trash" believable. If they would clean things up and do a little landscaping it could be nice. I was very disappointed.	Prospective lot renter 10/11/2006
