Perfect! Signore Quarta, an internationa restauranteur, has a gem here. EVERYTHING is perfectly prepared, from his own fried peppers to fish, veal, trippa & pork. He is actively involved with all his patrons. Everything top shelf. Pricey but no big deal for what you get. Too bad though his offerings do not reflect the great cuisine of his native Puglia.
