The service is not merely bad, it is potentially fatal. Our three year old son has severe egg allergy. I called the restaurant before we went and informed them of his allergy. Once at the restuarant, We told the waitress repeatedly about his allergy and asked about every item we ordered. Half way through our meal I realized the waitress did not seem so knowledgeable. I came home and looked up recipe ingridients for all the foods we had only to find that the appetizer we ordered had eggs. My husband called and spoke to the manager who comfirmed that the appetizer had eggs. The manager apologized and offered to credit us for the appetizer. Crediting us for the appetizer must be a cruel joke and frankly insensitive given the circumstances. Our son could have been in the emergency room....what do we care about money!!! We had to make an emergency phone call to our son's allergist late on a Saturday night. We will probably not sleep well tonight as we will be watching our son like a Hawk. They could not pay usany sum of money to return to this restaurant. We will not recommend anyone go to a restaurant who exhibits so little concern for others. |
