Our server did not speak English very well so it was difficult to understand her and she brought us the wrong drinks. When our appetizer came out there was so much grease on the plate that I could pour it into another container, their fryers probably hadn't been changed in a while. It took 35 minutes to get our entree's; once they finally came our my fiances steak was over done and I couldn't even eat my meal because my shrimp was burnt and there were pieces of mushrooms in my rice, which I am allergic to. I double checked the menu to see if I had made a mistake in ordering and I had not, there weren't mushrooms in the dish I ordered. Our waitress seemed disinterested in how our meal was, nor did she care that there was a problem she simply brought us our check. I will NEVER return to this restaurant again. I have been to other Lonestar locations before and never had a problem; I was very disappointed. |
