Happy Valley is simply the place I judge all Chinese/Thai food restaurants by and sadly few have come even close to matching. Home made eggrolls, soup and an awesome array of cuisine make this place a definite stop whenever I'm in town. Everything is slow cooked to perfection unlike 99% of the junk Chinese places who flash cook everything in 3 minutes leaving it dry and tasteless. They are also one of the only places I know of that can make food as spicy as I like it (that means, EXTREMELY spicy). For all those who love hot and spicy food, this is THE place to get it as frighteningly hot as you can handle. The staff are friendly and courteous and treat their regulars like family. Neither I nor anybody I've brought here have ever been disappointed. Every time I go to Flint, I need to bring back at minimum a dozen eggrolls just to pacify my friends and family. |
