Great food, I can't deny that. However, the service is HORRIBLE!!! We get the worst service every time we go back and we keep telling our self it was just a bad night. But after this past visit we will no longer eat her and we will discourage anyone from eating here.
We went on a Friday night about 7 PM. They were not busy, half of the restaurant was empty. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 kids. We ordered our drinks, a while later we ordered our dinner. We order, fajita nachos for me and my boyfriend to share, my kids ordered wings and nachos and my cousin ordered 2 tacos. We asked for silver ware. We got our food (well some of it) in a timely manner. We asked for silver ware. We ordered another round of drinks (she only brought out half before we had to remind her of the other drinks) We asked for silverware. We asked for the 2 tacos that were not brought out. Which we were there for over an hour and we never received the tacos or silverware. She apologized because they were busy. PLEASE tell me how you can be busy when there are maybe 15 tables in the entire restaurant and only half were full and you had more then one server on the floor?? I ordered my daughter some celery to go with her wings which took about 20 mins to come out. When we finally received the
bill I noticed that she had added her tip onto the bill. I asked why since we were not a big party. She said to me that the computer automatically does it if the bill is more than $70. Which made me laugh considering my bill was $43.83 and my cousins bill was right at $21.00 and that was with tip added. So added together it was $64.82 and that was after the tip was added. I have been a waitress before so I know how the computers work, I am not stupid you have to add the tip also this isn't our first time at this restaurant (it will be the last) and this was the first time tip had been added on a party of 3 adults and 2 children. I am sure she added it because she knew we had the worst service ever. But tip is earned it is not given. We have been there a few time and the service keeps getting worse and worse. If you go good luck on getting your food, silverware and them not stealing money form you. |
