Buffet lunch is a good deal at $12 p/p (includes tax and tip). They give you free dosas (indian crepes with potato/onion filling) and fresh naan with a wide assortment of vegetarian and meat dishes. The 2 dessert selections are usually good, although I felt the gulab jamun (syrup soaked dunkin munchkin-like) weren't the best - they were still good. Get there early, especially on a Friday, when all the NJ KPMG, BMW and other corporate workers drive up into this NY suburb for authentic Indian cooking. Try not to abuse the free bread offerings, as they will charge you an extra person for the inconvenience. |
